Are less ones like "death by bonga bonga" (though I certainly
recall that one) as the classic one (circa 1980): "the bucket"
(eventually used to answer any question, even a yes-no
question).

As I recall that was also the height of the "Davey Wavey Coonsie
Woonsie" nickname (as well as "greasy Guatemalan" for DZ).
