Hey folks -

I'm back from the yearly trip with the Bro. This time we terrorized
Buffalo and Toronto (translation: Woodbine and Fort Erie racetracks).

We did our neighborly duties by heavily supporting the Canadian
economy (which wouldn't have happened if the damn #1 horse kept his
nose out of second...we coulda had a monster exacta, excuse me,
EXACTOR).

In a nutshell - Buffalo SUCKS!! Toronto - YUM!!! And no matter where
we were or what we did my brother and I acted in the most humane,
gentlemanly, conservative manner. We were such good boys!!

(The Canadian Border Babes really liked us too. They kept calling us
Persona Non Grata and flashing us their handguns.)

Anyway. As we had time to kill before heading to the airport to come
home we went and saw "Jackass". Nothing like seeing an 'R' film with
teenagers who've snuck in and families with young kids. Two teenage
girls sat right behind us:

"OhmyGawd! Hessocute!" (Tee-Hee) "Oh this is the part where he takes
out his...ohmigawd!!!"

[Yes, one of them really said "Tee-Hee!"]

The film did have some moments of absolute gutbusting hilarity but in
general I found it disturbingly familiar. For those of you unfamiliar
with the show this group of guys do dangerous, sophomoric, downright
stupid pranks and stunts - that's the show.

And all through I kept thinking:

- John and the phone booth with Danny/Glen and smoke bombs.
- Napalm
- Massive gas-filled balloons.
- John, Mike, et moi with slightly Leftist posters and a nervous
paranoid ARMED Rightist.

Memories...

Sooooo, for John and Mike I can recommend the film if they can see it
cheaply or wait until the video comes out.

For everyone else it's really nothing great.

And for details on the rest of this trip you'll have to wait for the
Statute of Limitations to run out...
