May Party

Hello everyone.

Well, it's about that time. No, not the tax filing deadline! I mean
the month of May is approaching. When we think of May, we cannot help
but think of the "Three Bs": Beltaine, Birthdays, and ... maybe make
that just "Two Bs".

To observe this auspicious occasion, which would have happened anyway,
I have decided to open up my apartment for a party. Everyone who has a
birthday in May, or April or June for that matter, should feel
especially celebrated. This party is for you (and me).

Here are the details:

When: Saturday, May 10th, 2003, starting at 6:30 PM
Where: 1934 Montana Ave. Santa Monica, CA. 90403-1912

Here is what I promise will be there:

1.2) a limit on birthday speech lengths
1.5) home-cooked semi-exotic food
2.8) lively conversation

Here is what I promise will not be there:

1.0) store bought or canned food
1.4) "Weapons of Mass Destruction"
2.9) lectures on roaming enclitics in Klingon
3.1) long birthday speeches
4.4) boring conversations
5.0) Saddam Hussein renting out my 2nd bedroom
9.1) a loud band playing live in the livingroom


Please feel free to bring a guest, or two, but maybe not a small army.
 There is no need to bring anything.
