Pnorny WTF

My mind is not exactly on work here...but anyway I did a google on
"pnorny" and came across:

which are two papers from the National Defense University. What's
interesting is that these pdfs are of shoddy enough visual quality
that the words "priority" are coming through Google PDF->HTML
converter as "pnorny".
