I did not watch the Laker game last night.

But several people in the office are ardent Laker fans, as well as
Kimberly, an adorable 11-year girl that I have been tutoring.

Kimberly hates studying History and was falling behind in class. I
made a deal with her that if we could focus on History, then I would
let her tutor me about the Lakers. A few lollipops thrown in for good
measure, and the deal was made.

So, I was completely aware how much last night's game meant for Laker
fans...
