I would have to hear this to know if it were real Klingon. It is
possible to make up something that sounds like it, without it being
correct. My guess is that it is gibberish.
Long ago I recall watching a cartoon called Johnny Quest. There were
some episodes where the characters went to the Far East or an
Arab-speaking country, and you would see the locals chatting with each
other. At the time, I really wished that I could understand what they
were saying. Then it was only last year that I saw part of an episode,
and there was a mob of angry Arabs chasing them. It sounded somewhat
Arabic-like, but was in fact gibberish. For the purposes of
television, this is probably good enough.
