Well after applying rigorous multi-phased pattern matching algorithms
across all known parameters and options, he falls out with the most
diversified match points.

Hmm, better dust away the cobwebs from Diplomacy memories.
Can't say I've ever played Junta however, I'll have to
check out the rules PDF from the Files section.
