PETTUS, Alice L.
     Died November 30 at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center. A
Malibu resident since 1963, she was well-known and loved as
the proprietor of Celebration Gardens, a landscaping and
gardening service. She was born in Gary, Indiana in 1924, and
married Kenneth Pettus, a screenwriter, in 1947. She is survived
by Christophe Pettus, her son.
     A memorial service will be held at Malibu United Methodist
Church, 30128 Morningview Drive, Malibu, on December 22 at
6:30pm, to which all are welcome.
