Blogger has Atom as their RSS feed. See:
http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=697
Atom was simple to add. I manually added in Feedster (.com) though it
was a bit harder.
You may want to consider a mirror site just in case...
eBloggy and Blog-City are quickly shining through the competition for
their ease of use and customizability. I hope to post a more advanced
review of these sites, covering things such as which sites offer
stats, post responses, master accounts, etc.
