No but there is a former paralegal - ME. Unless Lenny copyrighted the the name, there's nothing he could do, and even if he did, the combination of words and numbers "Studio" and "7" are probably too random for anyone to lay exclusive claim to them. He would also have to prove he was harmed in some way by their use of his (now dormant) show's name. Plus which, I'm guessing that over 50 years of TV history, differing shows with the same names have aired during various TV seasons, without much trouble coming from the same-named, earlier programs.
