Re: Re: New database: horror films
OK, I may be traveling in Colorado, but seems Oz and I have
some unfinished business here..

First off, what's all this about just John and me getting it on?
Like we were alone? I believe we had company, Mr Oz. :) 8--
And I recall all Mike was doing was insisting we turn off the
video camera..

Can't imagine who that would've been..

Now wait just one minute, I recall you already *had* the
girlfriend, and talked her out of taking the course *after*
she'd already made out the check, kindly offering to teach
her the equivalent. Besides, she was concerned about getting
dumped. Not that I was oblivious to the prospect of stealing
her back, mind you.
John chimes in:

So Oz, waddya say?
Admittedly, the intro "guest event" leaders and their volunteer
underlings were a bunch of estholes. They preyed on attendees'
inability to say *no* without qualification, and had a reply
for every possible excuse. They were relentless, and gave the
whole program a bad name. The seminars John and I took spent
almost half the time encouraging us to enroll our friends and
co-workers, which is in large part why we stopped taking them.
I later helped Susan O enroll by just taking her down to the
center to fill out the paperwork directly, skipping the whole
guest event fiasco.
In the end, my only complaint with the course itself was the
eventual watering down of often criticized methods,
removing their infamous edge. Otherwise, it was a valuable
experience.
