Same thing. Subpoena the name of the user from the ISP. The ISP
dynamically allocates IP's to broadband customers also, unless they pay
for a static one.
That's why the RIAA/MIAA has had a tough time getting the names of
people to sue: certain big ISPs have decided to not cave in to those
subpoenas.
