A very moving, emotional piece on the Challenger tragedy. I
half-agree and half-disagree with the final statement about NASA being
the biggest impediment to the dream of space exploration, though.
Yeah, they have a plethora of bean-counting management-heads who play
CYA very nicely. But where else ya gonna get the big bucks to try
anything? And go back again WHEN you learn something? There aren't
too many X-prizes to keep a whole industry running.
