Microsoft and $5

Userfriendly had a cartoon saying something about Microsoft paying you
$5 for every attack of spyware while using some new program of theirs.
 I Googled "Microsoft $5 spyware" and it looks like it might actually
be true. Anyone else hear about this? If so, it's about time the
Soft got hit every time we did.
