I had an Impala from Dubai eating an apple. But I figured out that no matter
what you do you wind up with 4, or a country starting with D. Denmark is
obvious, but there ARE others... Dhekelia (microscopic spot on Cyprus),
Djibouti(Africa), Dominica (tiny island east of Puerto Rico), Dominican
Republic (shares an island with Haiti)

I thought Dubai was an autonomous country but I'm not sure now that it is.

So, let's see. From this list we've got K, A, I and C for animal letters.
Kangaroo, kinkajou, aardvark, anteater, alpaca, armadillo, impala, cat,
cougar, camel, coatimundi, civit.

Fruit: orange, apple, tamarind, raspberries, lemon, I, U, N, I can't think
of any fruit for those.
