Got the information about 3 symptoms of a stroke from a friend. S.O.
suggested we use the test on the Cabinet. Here are the results:

Bush - Couldn't do #3
Cheney - Couldn't do #1
Rice - Couldn't do #2; said it was showing weakness
Rumsfeld - Couldn't do #1

Call 911! We need help, stat!
