In this particular case I meant "conservative" in a very specific way:
justices who 1) believe in individual liberties, and 2) favor an
originalist reading of the Constitution of the United States.
FWIW, there's plenty of outrage all over the political spectrum on
this: many people recognize that real estate developers, in particular,
are likely to have close ties to municipal and state governments, and
this specific expansion of the eminent domain construct is therefore
terribly dangerous.
