But look at John's attention to detail: most people wouldn't have
thought to manufacture a stepfather who was Los Angeles poet and owner
of the old Papa Bach bookstore back in the day. The character
development is astonishing: most hoaxsters make the "supporting casts"
for their pranks mere cardboard characters. John is a master, however:
your whole family seems REAL to me!
