I tried one of these "books" you people talk about, but the when I
opened it the screen stayed static. I couldn't figure out whether it
was really on or not; it wasn't glowing at all. And I just couldn't
find the switch. Nor where the power cord goes to re-charge the
battery. It was mighty disappointing.
