RE: Re: Back from Dizzy...
Oh yeah; that's a cool roller coaster, aren't there more than one 360? I
thought so. Tower of Terror wasn't bad, I liked the one that feels like a
hang glider too although that's tame in comparison. Most of Disney's roller
coasters slam you around, that's something else that impressed me about
California Screamin' - very good banking on the curves. Pirates was closed
when I went; I'm looking forward to it some time. Indiana Jones was very
cool too - actually does feel like a jeep. I'm a sucker for roller
coasters. Love em. I like the elaborate set dressings on the line areas
too, all the doo dads to keep the people waiting in line entertained.
Got TWO new cats to keep Cadger company. There is a lot of drama, but I
*think* Cadger will calm down about it; he's doing better this evening than
he was the last two. He got along so well with Mama from the first time he
saw her that I thought he'd be fine. NOT. Maybe that it was two. Maybe
they smell of the dreaded pound where Mama didn't. I dunno, but he was
absolutely furious and kept both cats riled all night what with his whining,
growling, complaining, fuming and fussing. They woke me up before dawn this
morning. Tonight I plan on locking Cadger behind TWO doors and leaving the
a/c on fan to drown out his whining and complaining. Ruca is a nine year
old, very sweet (with humans) pretty calico. Doc is a five year old brown
mackerel tabby who wants to climb in my clothes with me and cuddle. He'd
also like to be friends with those bigger cats who keep smacking at him.

That would be Jason & Ozzy on California Screamin'. They put you over
a big pond (supposed to be the ocean), stop the cars for about 10
seconds, then shoot you out REALLY fast. There's a 360 loop as well,
but Ozzy says the JATO is more impressive than the loop. Jason wanted
to ride that one all day.
They also liked the Tower of Terror.
I'm way past my roller coaster riding prime. Sippin' margaritas and
stuffing the kids with cotton candy is more my style...
