I don't know if the penguin is still there but it was up for many years after the restaurant closed. I just remember the hard-core alcies that hung out there cause they had a bar inside. (probably cause I was hard-core myself back then lol)

My family and I had lunch there once, maybe 35 years ago. So they
shut down the restaurant and left the penguin?
