"Speaking of bookstores"? Who was speaking of bookstores? I feel like
I've walked in on the middle of a conversation.
Yes, my step-dad owned Papa Bach's Paperbacks in L.A. for a while in
the 1970's. (He bought it from the founders, whose names I've
forgotten. They also had a second store, in Jackson Hole, WY.)
Bill's been doing more writing in recent years, and more public
readings. He's been getting write-ups here and there.
