Marcy and Henry

This year's California Proposition 9 ("number 9....number 9")
is also called "Marcy's law" after Marcy Nicholas, a woman
murdered in 1983. Her brother, an internet billionaire named
Henry, is a major financial contributor to the proposition.

It turns out that both of them were Samohi students. Henry
graduated in '77 and Marcy in '80. Henry was in Forensics,
the Science fiction club and the "Strategy and tactics" club
(whatever that means). [1]

Apparently Henry often went by the name "Nick Nicholas".
