Might I suggest a new marketing ploy which would be attractive to many of us during these hard times?
Joy could offer the "CD + coffee table book" for the first month as a free trial. We would only have to pay for shipping... If, after that one month, we decide we are not happy with it, then Joy would send a check to cover the shipping; we could keep the stuff for free, with her compliments.
