Move update

I posted most of this to Facebook, too.  My apologies to those who'll get it twice.

My last day at Compass Books in Anaheim will be Friday, March 25.  I'll be moving to Santa Monica the weekend of the 26th.  If anybody were willing to help me out by driving a load of stuff from Fullerton to Santa Monica in their car, I'd be glad to pay for gas and lunch.  I don't have any heavy furniture, so no serious lifting will be necessary.

I don't know if I've told everybody, but Mom's got a pinched nerve in her back.  She's going in for surgery on the 29th, which is part of the reason for the timing of my move.  She's in a lot pain right now, but I'm told there's no reason she won't be up and hiking again soon.

Still no new job lined up, but I'm trying not to worry about that right now.
