Retraction

I, David Eadington, do hereby retract and apologize for the highly
inappropriate and unprovoked joke in my previous post regarding Joy
Whittemore McCann. She is an honored and respected member of this
group, and I have sullied her name in a cheap attempt to wrest laughs
from other readers. I acted impulsively and unwisely. I will endeavor
to avoid such japes in the future and to hold myself to the higher
standard expected of me.

I can only hope that she finds the compassion in her heart to forgive
me for my lapse of judgment.
