Thanks for the info. Glad to hear your refi worked
out. Actually, I did call and speak to someone. I
did all the paperwork conventionally. I have their
offer in print as well. The added convenience of
email and the web made it just more convenient. I
called the CEO after his "junta" left the office and
he said they're still working on a stalemate with
Chase. We'll see over the next day or two how it
works out.
