Greetings fellow homeowners and potential homeowners!
I am about to become one of many people who've been shafted by the
internet mortgage people who claim that, even though I was approved
for a refi which I applied for back in late May, I won't be able to
get the loan because of something to do with the banks being
inundated and unable to process my loan in time. WHY is this my
problem?
It looked all too easy to go onto the web, lock into a rate that day
(instead of waiting 3 weeks), follow the standard application
procedure, and even communicate with Loans4Less.com via email and get
responses in a timely manner - up until my appraisal was done.
After that, no responses unless I called and got ahold of someone.
Please don't fall into the same trap as I did. I'm not sure what the
trap is yet, or if there is one, but I'll let you know when I find
out. Or if I decide to sue.
Thank you for "listening" to me vent.
SUEsan
