Who and Why?

It's all over except for the shouting.
So who did you vote for, and why?

I voted "no" because I think the recall starts a bad precedent.
I voted for Peter Uberroth because, to be honest, I still think he
would be the best candidate for the job. And I really DID look at all
130+ of them. And I'm really sick and tired of the media telling me I
have to vote for one of two choices because, by gum, one of them is
going to be the winner!

Who else had the two ballot measures? (Reserve 1 - 3% of budget for
infrastructure and Racial data collection.)
