I can tell you from personal experience that you need a fuckload (that's the technical term
for "shitload") of shielding to keep cell phone signals out. We have a special shielded
room, with solid copper plates in walls floor and ceiling, designed for recording tiny
electrical signals in the brain in an environment free of electrical noise. Amazingly, I can
still get 2-bars worth of T-mobile signal in there...
