It is absurdly late, so I will only comment on what is below for now...

First off, only Kerry's father's family had a pedigree, not his mother's.
And it started only with Kerry's father who was a diplomat. Kerry's paternal
grandfather was a depressed businessman ( Jewish by the way) who shot
himself in a Boston hotel...Bush' s family was blueblood for several
generations on both sides.

But more important is that my declaration that Bush is shallow is not my
biased opinion. He IS a simple man. Look, I can't stand Cheney even MORE
than I can't stand Bush. But I would never call Cheney shallow OR simple.

I definitely agree that one of those men was "a shallow empty suit
that happens to have been born into an influential family." (Lenny, it
should be "who happens to have been born . . . .")
