You would have preferred that he say, "we're going into Iraq to prove
that we can stick a war out without running away like we did in
Mogadishu, and to put the fear of God in the Saudis, so they'll get
serious about helping us round up terrorists there, and to grab the
most desirable piece of real estate in the middle east so that none of
the state-sponsored groups will want to fuck with us"?
That sounds a little bald to me.
